    Dear Richard..
My experience with RCCL goes back to mthe Nordic Prince..I stayed away for quite a awhile because of lack of cooperation of on-board staff..in 2008 i thought i would come back to RCCL..my family and friends booked 12 cabins..and had their wedding aboard..things went reasonably well..I booked a suite in June 2009 and the one thing i insisted on with the booking staff was that i wanted 2nd sitting..and as there was 3 of us..a table of 4..as usual first night out i got the usuakl rubbish from the Maitre De..this time however i refused to pay for this service..I will find it diffult to sail with your Company again..too bad..

  5. Please advise us as to why your December 26th cruise out of Ft Lauderdale has eliminated St Maarten — and now only stops in two ports in stead of three.
This is certainly not the “cruise” we signed up for.
This kind of thing is bad for your Brand and publicity.

  6. Dear Mr. Fain,

I painted 16 murals and paintings for NCL’s
Norwegian Jade… and would like to do some artwork for
the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. I hear there is another
ship being built now, so would like to place a bid on any
needed art projects for around the ship.

    Sincerely,
    Ana

  8. It would be nice to have a chat with interior decorating
department. If you look at the website, please check out
the images under Giclees. Those paintings are 10 sq ft~
    38 sq ft.

The language icon is at the top right of the home page.

I’m eager to hear back from you, and can send better images to a e-mail address that accepts attachments.

    Sincerely,

  11. That’s nothing! We booked back in february to travel on the ‘maiden’ voyage on december the 12th, and only found out a couple of months ago that RCI had stitched us all up by adding 2 other trips before ours! they didnt even bother telling any of the travel agents in the UK about the changes. Luckily some guy put a comment on Youtube about the new dates. I told my travel agent (who was furious about not being informed by RCI), and managed last minute to re-book us for the 6th. RCI’s website is useless and if you try to contact them by phone it takes over 40 minutes for someone to answer! I really can’t wait to travel on this amazing ship, but I can’t see myself booking with RCI ever again, they don’t seem to care about their customers who are paying thousands to travel with them! Please prove me wrong RCI.

  12. I am a Royal Caribbean cruiser and am soooooo excited to join everyone Dec.12th. for our cruise on the beautiful Oasis of the Seas. I have followed her every move. My friends are worried that I have become a oasisaholic…..

  13. Not being funny or anything, but I put a very valid point on this site the other night which was slightly negative towards RCI, don’t be afraid of the truth guys! if you are afraid of the truth then be honest, show your customers that you can’t even deliver the truth – never mind expensive dreams!!! Guess we’ll all be travelling with Fred Olsen lines or P&O next year instead of a line which constantly lies to its customers!!!!!!!! Thanks for destroying our dreams!I! I put our reasons behind this rage on here the other night but there’s no point repeating myself – they will only remove my comments again! – peace!!!

  16. Dear Mr Chairman,
It surely is a GRAND ship and kudos to RCCL however why such a grand ship would have the worst ports ever! Why would RCCL do that?

  17. For a maiden voyage RCCL should use the word paid maiden voyage as several free trips go first. I know I was on the first paid maiden cruise on the Freedom(thinking it was the first cruise) walked into my stateroom and the first thing I saw was a burn on the carpet thanks to travel co. execs. smoking in the room.
Looking forward to the Jewel in two weeks.
